The poet, Tatamkhulu Afrika also talks abouthis own personal experiences, but on the other hand LawrenceFerlinghetti, just writes about people he might have seen on thestreet.I in person preferred Nothings Changed by Tatamkhulu Af rika,although I really standardizedd Two Scavengers in a Truck, Two BeautifulPeople in Mercedes by Lawrence Ferlinghetti, I thought NothingsChanged was more thought provoking and I think I learnt more aboutthe poet from it, because he was not afraid to express his feelingsand opinions. However, I agree with both of the poets on theiropinions. I think that everyone should be treated equally and no oneshould be made to feel like they are worse than someone else, justbecause they do not have a sophisticated car or because they are adifferent race or colour.
